The window to apply for the refund of CLAT counselling fee ended on June 21, 2018, which was an opportunity provided to candidates who had taken admissions after first and second admission lists to get the refund of their 50,000 counselling fee. But, that window has lapsed now. 

However, since it seems to be a mistake made from the authorities side, I suggest you place a complaint with the CLAT committee and help desk of CLAT. The toll-free helpline number is 1800 419 2929. In the menu that comes, from options choose option 7 in main menu and option 2 in the submenu. You can also talk on mobile number 09446899010, 09446899050. You should ask them what can you do. 

I also suggest you to place an email complaint to the CLAT committee and request them to refund your money. You can also call their respective offices to follow up on your query.
