Hello Aspirant,

B.Ed is a undergraduate course in the field of teaching. The admission process varies from college to college. The minimum qualification to get eligible for B.Ed is to get aggregate 50-55% marks in 10+2 or clear the entrance exam.

The various types of entrance exams conducted by different colleges are

  • Indraprastha University Common Entrance Exam (IPU CET)
  • Banaras Hindu University Undergraduate Entrance Exam (BHU UET)
  • Delhi University B.Ed Entrance (DU B.Ed)
  • Tezpur University Entrance Exam (TUEE)

Admission process varies for BEd, some conduct admission based on the merit of the qualifying examination while others conduct entrance exams for the same, eligibility of BEd is usually passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with 50% or above aggregate depending upon the norms of the university, there's relaxation of 5% offered in case of reserved categories.
