Hope you are doing great ! Bed first year exam should be conducted in May or June ,depend on different universities and covid situation also ,if in future covid arises ,you will get promoted or online exam will conduct ,also you should give proper information about university for which you want to ask. Let's come to second point about files ,see ,you have to make a lot of files and assignment ,lesson plan , activities etc in the courses like bed or deled . So don't think more about them ,when time come everything will be fine.
