so taking computer science engineering and not having knowledge about coding and programming wont be a problem as they teach from basics , from the first semester or from 2nd we will be taught basic principles and basic coding in C language , as C is the basic and most important language , but you should have basic knowledge of computers like how to on off , how to type and how to operate.

do not worry you will be taught from basics , just focus on the fundamental of computers and if possible on the basics of coding too.
