Few colleges who take admission based on your entrance exam might have the option of getting a fee concession during admission based on their ranks. They might also give scholarships if you are the School Topper in your stream in school or the City Topper or something as such.

But most of the times scholarships in colleges are given based on your academic performance in college. So they might consider your CGPA, your attendance, your history of arrears etc to determine the merit scholarships.
