definetly a girl can join for b.tech IT infact there is no restrictions for girls to do any course in India.

no college can discriminate students on the basis of gender.

after completing your b.tech you can go for masters in business administration (MBA) if you dont want to do m.tech 

you can choose best course for yourself based upon area of your interest.
