being ECE student can i apply for CSE/IT in any IIT/NIT through gate

Hi Sateesh,

Yes, being an ECE student you can appear for GATE for CS/IT stream. But after this you will be only be eligible for the M.Tech only. You can not apply in PSUs through this.
