Sorry but with these marks it's quite tough to get a govt medical college even under sc category.  You might try for govt seat in private colleges. Here I am providing you with the details of colleges with their cutoff in Tamil Nadu

It would be very difficult to get a seat in government college at this score, almost impossible. Try for some private colleges or courses other than MBBS.
