In India, the admission to B.tech admission is done through different entrance test. there is no other way you can get admission. However, you can apply through management quota seats in few colleges. But you'll have to appear for any of the following exams:

For engineering college you will have to jee mains exam although marks doesn't matter whatever you will get, but you will have to give mains exam.

But some private colleges takes admission without mains exam, but that colleges are private .
