Look if we see 2017 and 2018 trend then 470 can also fetch you a government mbbs college but not a top one but yeah you will get. Now lets come to this year 2019 I feel paper was slightly easy then 2018 so cutoff may rise for every college but this year 150 seats have been added to MBBS so keep your finger cross MBBS seat. I feel you will get it. Why do you want BAMS if you can get MBBS or BDS
