The syllabus of NEET and AIIMS include the Physics,Chemistry and Biology of class 11th and 12th. First of all, be thorough with NCERT. Because many times,questions have directly come from NCERT.
You can follow MTG Publication for Physics. For Chemistry,follow OP Tondon. For Biology,follow Pradeep or Dinesh.
