Best books for the preparation of JEE Advanced and mains are the coaching material of some good coaching like ALLEN, RESONANCE, FIITJEE, etc. These materials have in depth questions and varied varieties of questions that can be asked in JEE mains and advanced.

The next thing you need are NCERTs. They are undoubtedly best books for preparing competitive exams

The other thing you need is the concept books, which are like concepts of physics, part I/II. Irodov, OP Tandon etc.
