Don't feel bad but if you are average student don't waste time on Searching extra books, you should make strong your basic  and recall all  with whatever study stuff you have.

NCERT should be the first book for you and then you can move to Concepts of Physics Vol I and II by H.C. Verma comes in hindi.
Problems in General Physics by I.E. Irodov (hindi)

For Chemistry P. Bahadur is available in hindi.
Organic Chemistry by Paula Bruice Yurkanis  is available in hindi.
Inorganic Chemistry by J.D. Lee Organic Chemistry by Morrison & Boyd (hindi).

For Mathematics Maths XI & XII by NCERT Trigonometry by S. L. Loney
Co-ordinate Geometry by S. L. Loney
Higher Algebra by Hall & Knight
Problems in Calculus of One Variable by I.A. Maron

Above books are available in hindi language and these are best book which you can refer for JEE preparations.

You can buy or download hindi version of NCERT class 11th and 12th. NCERT are best books for concept building. In Competitive Exams like JEE, Question are twisted and asked and can only be solved if you have the basic concept. So, go with NCERT Hindi version of Class 11th and 12th to build your concept and knowledge.

Apart from Concept building you have to work on problem solving. Solve as many questions as possible and for that you can take help from some reference books like -

• HC Verma for physics
• RC Mukherjee for chemistry
• KC Sinha for Maths

all these reference books are available in english as well as hindi . You can either download pdf hindi version from google or visit some book store to buy.

If you don't have problem in reading english, then you can refer to these books for practising question -

• IR Irodov for Physics
• RS Aggarwal
