First of all please study the ncert books with clear knowledge about concept and also refer some of the reference books like O P tandon and refer the previous year question papers and sample papers and also take the mock tests

Your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly after that you can opt any reference book for solving MCQ'S like ABC publication,MTG,Allen module, Dinesh objective,op tandon.don't opt too many reference book as it will only confuse you,try to solve one book multiple times.i hope this information helps you.
