No seriously it wont help. You have recommended all books for IIT JEE. U can study JD Lee but Morrison Boyd ! Go for Cengage for theory. Get a good coaching material either aakash or allen. Then solve N Awasthi for physical and inorganic and solve Himanshu Pandey for organic. To get ur concepts crystal clear u can solve RC Mukherjee for physical if time permits. Solve previous years JEE and AIIMS question to brush your answering techniques and skills.
