I have gone through many different books and i personally some of the listed books below.
For physics
Physics hc vermas 's (concept of physics)
This book consists of 2 parts one is for 1st year and other for the second year.
The books has theory questions and it is the best book with little or no modifications from its first publication it has completely 20 years it is written by iit professor Harish chandra varma.
The theory questions noy help us for mains but also for advance they act as good source.
Solve every problem then it will be of great use and easy in exam

Chemistry
Organic:cengage publications in organic are good they come in two parts and they contain some detailed information about each topic .
Physical:rc mukerjee
The well known book rc mukerjee is for the physical chemiatry it contain all types of difficult problems like mcq, numerical, theoretical.
Inorganic:schand(k.rama rao).
Dr. K rama rao is one of the specialist known for in organic chemistry in many top coaching centres in india.
It contain all types of problems liks mcqs numericals theoretical logical and many more.
It also contain good brief solution to the problems which is of great use to student.
Maths:
Prefer any arihant or cengage publication in maths many people think that it is easy to understand maths with the board text book but also i suggest you to have some cengage publication complete jee main book contaim nearly 30 chapters and well known for its short and sweet explaination.
