The best colleges in India for CSE are surely the IITs. The top 5 ones are-

1)IIT Mumbai

2)IIT Delhi

3) IIT Madras

4) IIT Kharagpur

5) IIT Kanpur

These are according to various official rankings like the NIRF, QS World University Rankings etc. However, all IITs, NITs, IIITs and even some private colleges like BITS Pilani are worth it when it comes to faculty, opportunities and placements.
