C.A is not a college based course. C.A is a Distance education course. There is no such college for C.A. It has a single Unit, head known as Institute Of Chartered Accountant Of India (ICAI) and has its branch offices located in every capital, as well as in big cities of India.

You have to register yourself under ICAI to enter the course, and later you have to pass the exam conducted by it.
