Students have many foreign languages to choose from: Arabic, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, etc.
You can opt for three years Bachelor's degree in any foreign language.
Delhi  University  (DU),  Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Jamia Milia  University,  The  English  and  Foreign  Lan-guages  University  (EFLU) offer  excellent  BA  courses in French, German, Spanish, etc.
Certificate and diploma courses are offered by various colleges and institutes such as
Alliance  Française, New Delhi- for certificate/diploma in French
Chinese Language Institute, New Delhi- for certificate/diploma in Chinese
Instituto Hispania (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai) - for certificate/diploma in Spanish
While selecting any college various factors are considered like the fee structure, location, etc. You can opt for the college/institute as per your preference.
Fee structure of Universities such as DU and JMI are not very high.
