To be a pilot the best way is to join a institute which will provide you commercial pilot licence. The following is the list:

Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA)

National Flying Training Institute (NFTI)

Madhya Pradesh Flying Club (MPFC)

Ahmedabad Aviation & Aeronautics Ltd. ( AAA)

Bombay Flying Club

They provide commercial pilot licence and proper training. If you wish to be a pilot try joining the institute after your 12th. They conduct a enterence exam for the students.
