No college of the Delhi university will give you admissions to its bachelor's in commerce or even bachelor's in economics program if you a non maths student and didn't have maths in class 11th and 12 th respectively. Although you can apply to Jamia Millia islamia central university, New Delhi . Jamia millia islamia doesn't have maths required for its bachelor's in commerce program . You can apply and appear for its entrance test. For further admissions you can ping us up.
