SCMHRD: It also has a good alum base which is widespread and good placements

MDI Gurgaon: Good alum base and placements

TISS: One of the oldest and has a small batch of around 60-70 students

IIM Ranchi: Though a new IIM, its HR program has gained good traction 

I would suggest having a look at the placement reports of these colleges to get a good idea of where each one stands against the other.

XLRI is the best institute for HR. IIM Ranchi has a specialized course - PGDHRM for HR which has good placement record.
