For Chemistry,preparation from NCERT books is very important for all physical,organic and inorganic.Other than that you can refer P. Bahadur for Problem Practice in Physical Chemistry ,Inorganic chemistry by O.P.Tondon, Organic Chemistry by Morrison Boyd and Himanshu Pandey's Advanced Problems in Organic Chemistry .In addition to this you can also practice questions from New Pattern Chemistry – A master practice book for JEE Main & Advanced R K Gupta.

Jee mains is considered as one of the toughest exam in India. so it requires hard work to crack it.
Following books  of chemistry you may follow to crack this exam.
For physical chemistry - N Avasthi , Balaji publication.
For inorganic chemistry - VK Jaiswal , Balaji publication .
For organic chemistry - MS Chouhan , Balaji publication.
