Hi Aspirant 

There are several colleges which you can choose if you are not good in jee mains and even boards.You can try for some entrance Exams like 

VITEEE (For Vellore Institute of Technology)

BITSAT (For BITS Pilani)

SRM JEE (For SRM University )

WBJEE (For colleges in west bengal)

COMDEK 

Exams conducted by Manipal and Amrita University

You can appear in your state common entrance test which is conducted for admission in state level colleges.

There are a number of good colleges which gave  admission on basis of 12 th marks.
Or you can go in your city college.
Or in private colleges .
There are entrance exams of some other colleges.also
Or one is the better option is to drop a year and comeback after preparing yourself.

But one thing most of colleges came under jee
And .
In future you have to struggle a lot if you go in any other colleges so try to work hard and prepare again .
