You can refer to the ' Health and Physical Education ' by Dr. VK Sharma. It is a very good book. And for good score you can solve previous year papers of physical education. These are easily available on CBSE official website.And if you are willing to take classes from a tutor then you can check on you tube. Many teachers are there.
