Dear Anu ,

Engineering is an undergraduate course you can choose BE or Btech both are 4 years duration of course with more then 10 specialization or branches are available and every branches have own demand with scope of future .

Like if you are interested in Computer science but due to career scope you take admission in Mechanical then you will not concentrate on your work because you are not interested in Mechanical .

But now days if you go through the the job scenario then mostly more then 50 thousands jobs are offered by different IT/ITES companies that's the reason every aspirants choose much more computer science branch but that's not mean other companies like Electronics ,mechanical ,civil companies are not provides job offer ,they also provides job offers but not in bulk amount .

So you can choose any of branches in your choices if you are skilled person then you will get job easily but interest is much more important for build our carrer .
