AIIMS Entrance Exam is one of the most popular and prestigious exam in the field of medical. To prepare for aiins one must needs to be very concentrated and logical.

Basically the physics,biology and chemistry portions deals with 11th and 12th standard courses but you also have to prepare for gk and logical aptitudes sections.

The exam consists of 5 section as- 

Biology - 60 questions

Chemistry - 60 questions 

Physics - 60 questions 

GK - 10 questions 

Logical reasoning - 10 questions 

Total-----200 questions of 1 mark each for correct answer,  while there is a deduction of 1/3 marks for wrong answers.

To prepare for NEET and AIIMS you first need to go through NCERT. 

After that you can refer to other books such as Trueman or Dinesh for Biology, H.C.Verma or D.C.Pandey for Physics , GRB publication books for chemistry.

Also solve problems daily . Some good books are of MTG publications .
