Hi dear hope you are doing well. The best theory book for chemistry for JEE mains is definitely NCERT and also for JEE advanced you can make your base strong with the NCERT textbook and then for organic chemistry go for MS Chauhan objective questions book for physical chemistry go for N Awasthi objective question book and inorganic will be sufficient from the NCERT textbook only.
Coming to mathematics you can go for RD Sharma math books for JEE mains and take books of Cengage for JEE advanced.
For physics you have to focus on HC Verma books and for more problem solving and detailed theory you can choose DC Pandey books for Ashish Arora's physics galaxy.
