Hello Yahya,

According to your rank and preference of branch I would suggest you the following colleges,

1) Integral University, Lucknow

2) Mathura Institute of Engineering and Technology, Mathura

3) Pranveer Singh Institute of technology, Kanpur.

I would still recommend you to fill all colleges during counseling from IET to PSIT in the form because you can never be fully sure, what may work in your favour.

Hello Yahya,
GCET, Noida is actually one gem of a college giving students opportunities of specialisation in courses like IOT, Web Development. If you are a CS fan, it's the way to go.
A.K. Garg is also a fine college giving it's reputation being one of best private college in UPTU. The maximum package reaches around 25 lpa hinting at good opportunities.
KIET is not as good as both of them but it is still a fine option to go to.
