The answer of the question is very subjective as it varies from person to person. But, I would suggest you to choose the branch. Because at the end of the college you , will be going to do the job of the branch you have opted in your bachelors.

The whole depends on your branch. SinI would suggest that you should choose good branch and then good college for the BTech.
