Hello Aspirant,  For CSE both the university are almost same but by other factors Bharath university is better than Veltech. Bharath university is good in the site of Nice faculties and infrastructure,

you can can focus on your Aim like Gate,IAS and many more. 

Placement is very  good with high annual package.
