As you have not mentioned to which state domicile and category you belong, it is difficult to predict because the cut off varies from state to state.

But in general, with 280 marks you cannot secure a BHMS /BAMS seat in govt. colleges unless you have any reservations.

You can try for private colleges, you have few chances to get a seat.
