First of all ,the candidate must have qualified NEET.Then before counselling process ,the candiate must register their choices of college through UGMAC id and password created at the time of Bihar MBBS registration.Then list of merit will be prepared and candidate having name their will be called for offline allotment of seat.For more detail and list of BDS college in Bihar and other process, check the link below.
