Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has planned to conduct the Bihar Neet state counselling in 3 rounds including the mop up round. The first round of which has completed and the second round would  continue till tomorrow. Once document verification and round two gets over the notification for the mop up round would be released based upon the number of vacant seats remaining in the medical colleges of Bihar. The dates have not been announced yet but is expected to release soon on the official website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in

See by this time no notification has been released by BCECEB regarding mop-up round of counselling for state quota seats of Bihar so at this point of time it would be quite early to say anything about mop-up round counselling.

For now, the notification for 2nd round of NEET UG counselling has been released and it is scheduled to start from February 27th 2022, as the provisional allotment result for round 2nd will be released on the same day and downloading of allotment letter and for upgradation of allotted seat the period is decided as February 27th to March 6th, 2022 and for document verification and admission through Round 2nd will be conducted from March 1st and will end up on March 6th 2022.

And as mentioned in the very first notification released by BCECEB that the registration facility would be one time so you might not be able to directly register for mop-up round as a fresh candidate but still wait for the notification to gets released for mop-up round then only any confirmation can be given.
