Yes, you can get admission in a good engineering college without JEE Main , especially with 88% marks in 12th and being from the SC category . Here are your options:
Many states conduct their own engineering entrance exams. You can apply for these without JEE Main:
KCET – Karnataka
MHT CET – Maharashtra
WBJEE – West Bengal
TNEA – Tamil Nadu (based on 12th marks only)
UPSEE (UPCET) – Uttar Pradesh (now merged with CUET, but private colleges may admit without JEE)
Many private universities and engineering colleges offer direct admission based on 12th marks.
