Hey!

Colleges affiliated to various universities are not implementing biometric attendance for students. The colleges fear that most students will lose eligibility to write exams if biometric attendance is implemented.

It is totally based on the college. The biometric system is not compulsory for any college. It is based on the M.Tech college you are studying your education.
