Hello Aspirant

Admission in BITS is purely based on merit. If you are not the board topper then you will have to write BITSAT and score well in that to get admission into BITS campus and branch of your choice based upon merit.
Now as you have scored 320 marks and have got ENI in BITS Goa, I suppose you are asking about the number of rounds of councelling. You will be getting your seat as per your marks in BITSAT. So you will have to fill the choices as per your preference. There would be 6 itterations in BITSAT.
Check the previous year's cutoff marks and select your preferences accordingly.
