Hello,

Class 12 board marks are not added as weightage to determine rank in NEET. The rank depends on merit scored in NEET. Board marks will determine whether you are eligible for NEET or not. You must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English. And you must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in PCB subjects if you belong to general category, for SC/ST/OBC it is 40% marks and for PWD it is 45% marks.

We have NEET knockout package to help you with your preparation you may check the details through this link https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/

Hello

You have tagged NEET in your question so I am answering with respect to it

Yes , board exam marks are required for Neet as Neet eligibility criteria says that :-
to be eligible you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical ) with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th examination if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st .

But yes , your marks in board examination will not help you in getting a seat in a Medical College as admission in mbbs, bds etc is solely on the basis of marks/ rank obtained by you in NEET exam
