For both UT of Puducherry students and other state(85% quota)studentss, cut off for various branches is finalised after the normaliztion of JEE Main and 12th board marks. But to be on the safer side, it is better to have around 95% in 12th board and around 140-150 in JEE Main. However for higher branches you may need higher marks.
