Board ke result se kuch JEE mains mein profit hota hai kya. means if I got low marks in JEE will it be compensated by my board percentage.

No definitely not.......board percentage can never compensate jee mains result from the year 2017...because there is not 60:40 ratio criteria available now in determing jee mains rank.
