Hello dear candidate,

Hope you ar doing well,

Average salary you get is INR 50,000 to 60,000. However salary depends upon the state, college or institution.
You must go through with your service bond to know about these things.
The concerned government will pay you for the rural service you give. Before taking admission you should go through the bonds of different states.

If you work directly after MBBS, you will work as a JR ( Junior Resident)
Or if you work after doing PG,, you will work as SR ( Senior Resident)

Please read your Service Bond carefully if you are a Junior Resident, or if you are a government sponsored student. As a general rule, service bonds are in favor of the employer who is providing the training. If the stipend was paid by the state or by the central government, however, it might be in the Institute's favor or the state in the medical or technical fields. Thus, during the Bond period, you may be required to work in Rural Dispensaries, Community Health Centres, and Primary Health Centers, or at the College itself (if you are a Senior Resident) and the Concerned Government is responsible for paying your salary for service in rural areas.

Hope this would help you,

Thank you.
