The best books to crack the SSSC entrance exams AMU is to first go through NCERTs, all of them. First the 10th class than if you have time also 9th. After doing this get previous year questions of the exam, it’s available on Flipkart.
Solve these questions within the exam duration (use a timer). Read and learn from the NCERT books you have as the entrance paper of AMU also depends on the same and thereafter for , GK - read ARIHANT PUBLISHER’S book for INDO ISLAMIC read naaz guide (in case you didn't find then any book which cover basic knowledge about emergence of ISLAM and about life of PROPHET MUHAMMAD (S.A.W) etc. and after cover all the basics thereafter you should have to go any guide books or any reference books

If you are taking foundation classes already, then do only NCERTs. And after all if you want to ask any good book for entrance exam then i prefer THE CONCEPTUM guide. And remember one thing - if you are serious regarding entrance exam then you should have solve the previous year question papers with time management.

Previous years questions are a must.
