Both my signature and thumb print which were said to be incorrect in spite of being uploaded twice and now that the edit window date of 17-19th November is over I'm really worried if anyone can help me with uploading the correct file. Is there any way around this ?Can the NBE helpdesk help me out ?

It happens sometime that you upload your signature and thumb print to the site but because of the technical glitches it might happen to show you that it is incorrect or not uploaded type error message and after date is over for the edit window then it is not possible to edit for website once you contact with the official below site
