Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S.) course is an undergraduate degree program of five and a half years including a year of internship. In BHMS, the candidate gains knowledge of Homeopathy medicine and surgery. After the successful completion of a BHMS degree, a student is awarded a degree and is renowned as a Homeopathic Doctor.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy or BPT is an undergraduate programme that deals with the structure of the human body. The duration of this course is four years and once the duration of the programme is over, students are required to complete a six months internship. Physiotherapy is a kind of treatment that is carried through physical forces such as heat, electricity, mechanical pressure, and mechanical forces. If you wish to make a career as Physio then you can take the BPT course.

From career point of view, BHMS would be a better option as you will become a doctor, you can have your own clinic and can work independently and there are also various jobs in government sector for BHMS doctors.But with BHMS you can't get jobs in foreign countries because Homeopathy is not popular abroad.
