The basic specialities will be Cardiology, Neurology, Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. There are courses that have been developed around these specialities. With increased awareness of Physiotherapy, every country has best infrastructure for accomodating Physiotherapy candidates. For pursuing MPT abroad, you need to select a coutry you want to go. Shortlist couple of Universities and check their eligiblity criteria because every University has its own set criteria. You meed to appear for IELTS or TOEFL depending on the country.
If you want to pursue a career abroad, you will have to clear the license exam of that particular country that you want to work in.
