Well with a rank of 16783, in AEEE you are in a tough stage of getting also and even not getting CSE at Amrita. For Amritapuri, you should check previous years cut off. It depends upon current years difficulty level of paper  and also the number of candidates applied. You should also try for Bangalore  and do check the cutoff rank. For ECE you are  having  two probable possibilities, one at Amritapuri and one at Bangalore.
