As you may know,JEXPO 2019 Counselling has been started from 17th June 2019. It is managed by the West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education & Skill Development. JEXPO (WB Polytechnic) is a state level examination.With this rank,He can definitely get this branch in any college.
