Dear Student,

There are some difference between stethoscopes.

The Doctors uses the stethoscopes with some additional features but a nurse uses a stethoscope with some basic qualities only. Regular and Hi-Tech stethoscopes are for only Doctor's uses.

So it can not be properly said what is need for you, you talk to your teachers.
