If you want to pursue BSc-BEd integrated Biotechnology,/Biology course, then the Regional Institute of Education(RIEs) is the best destination for you. There are 5 RIEs in India( in Bhubaneswar, Ajmer, Shillong, Bhopal and Mysore). The institutes are affilated by The NCERT.

You just have to pass your +2 exam from any board with at least 50% aggregate in PCB. After this you have to appear an entrance exam(RIE CEE) that will ask you few questions about mental ability, teaching aptitude and your english knowledge(no questions on your core subjects). So it is a pretty easy feat to crack.
