B.Sc (Bachelor's of Science) Biotechnology is an three years Undergraduate degree in Science. But B.Tech (Bachelor's of Technology) Biotechnology is a four years Engineering degree. If you see from the career and job perspective then B.Tech Biotechnology is better as Compared to B.Sc Biotechnology, as B.Tech Biotechnology.

Admission into B.Sc Biotechnology can be based on both Merit and Entrance Test. But Admission into B.Tech Biotechnology will be based on some entrance exam.
